Your Opportunity
As Product Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of this product line. You will work closely with engineering, customer success, and sales to define the roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure the product delivers exceptional value to our customers. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role, reporting directly to the CEO and giving you exposure to some of the top data-driven investors, bankers, and technology leaders at the forefront of data-driven techniques.
In this role, you’ll:

Own the product strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for Foresight Sourcing, aligning with company goals and customer needs.

Collaborate with engineering to design scalable, intuitive workflows and integrations that help investment professionals make data-driven sourcing decisions.

Partner with data teams to leverage proprietary and third-party datasets to enrich sourcing intelligence.

Work closely with customer success and engage directly with customers to gather client feedback and drive adoption and usage.

Stay ahead of industry trends, including new sourcing techniques, emerging data providers, and AI capabilities, to ensure Foresight remains the leading sourcing tool for private markets.
Responsibilities
Specific accountabilities include:

Define and maintain the product roadmap, working with the CEO and leadership team to align sourcing capabilities with company strategy.

Partner with engineering to scope features, write clear and detailed product requirements, and guide product delivery through agile development cycles.

Collaborate with engineering to design features that leverage machine learning, AI, and data enrichment to improve tools used by our clients to identify advantage in the market.

Conduct user research and collect feedback directly from clients (investors, bankers, and data scientists), translating insights into actionable features and enhancements.

Define and monitor product KPIs, including usage, adoption, and client satisfaction.

Own product positioning and partner with marketing to develop messaging, demos, and collateral that highlight Foresight Sourcing’s unique value.

Stay current on emerging data providers, competitive products, and regulatory changes impacting sourcing in private markets.

Drive customer usage by partnering with marketing and customer success to develop product marketing materials, client education content, and training resources that help users fully understand and adopt the product’s capabilities.

Act as the internal and external evangelist for Foresight Sourcing, ensuring the product vision is clearly communicated across the company and to customers.
Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2+ years working on data products, financial technology, or sourcing/research tools for private equity, venture capital, or investment banking.

Strong understanding of deal sourcing workflows, CRM tools, and data providers used in private markets.

Experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver data-driven products, with strong skills in writing product requirements and defining use cases.

Comfort working directly with clients and senior stakeholders (e.g., investors, deal teams) to gather feedback and prioritize roadmap.

Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple dependencies and competing priorities.

Experience with data visualization tools, API integrations, and sourcing analytics a plus.
Education
4-year BS degree in computer science or related field.
